Do Agency Personnel Require Training?

Agency CSRs will be trained to manage several source documents such as: policy transactions, endorsements and audits. Accounting personnel will be trained to manage other source documents such as: payment checks and bank deposits, perform bank funds transfer, and do income GL journal entries using service-provided data. Agency managers will be trained to become familiar with the service-generated production and financial reports.
